Thank you for being one of the early adopters of the Relish mobile app, which has been designed by a team of behavioral health experts, lifestyle specialists, and clinicians with a focus on mental health in weight management. The goal of the app is to support users in achieving their weight and overall mind-body health objectives while cultivating a sustainable and healthy lifestyle.

Relish functions as a virtual clinic offering a range of services through the app interface as well as live interactions with a dedicated care team. The primary aim is to assist individuals in achieving lasting weight loss and enhancing overall mind-body wellness, tailored to suit individual lifestyles.

The core philosophy of Relish revolves around a comprehensive 3-in-1 approach that encompasses the aspects of Mind, Body, and Lifestyle.

Membership benefits include access to a personalized care team consisting of a health coach, medical professional, and behavioral psychologist. Members can also participate in weekly live support groups led by health coaches and attend monthly group sessions conducted by Relish's Chief Behavioral Officer.

The app offers various features such as:

<li>Your Home Feed serves as a personalized guide presenting relevant prompts based on your progress and current stage in the journey. Users can set personal habit goals for each week, like starting the day with meditation.</li>
<li>The Tracking Section enables users to monitor weight, water intake, food consumption, and mood. Feedback from a registered dietitian is provided for consistent tracking, with the opportunity to earn a complimentary one-on-one session with them.</li>
<li>The on-demand Library provides access to Relish's 12-week behavior change programs and expert-generated content including mind-body exercises, fitness guidance, and nutritional tips.</li>
